This set of flags will be prophetically made! Once we receive your order, we will pray to The Father asking him what colors, scripture, or prophetic blessings he would like to provide through these flags and through your worship. These flags will ALWAYS come out unique to you and what the Father working through our hands wants to put on them.
We will use anywhere from 1-9 colors on your flags depending on The Lord's instruction. We are happy to incorporate whatever The Lord is telling you to the best of our abilities. Please put custom requests in the box at check out.
If you are planning to gift these flags to another brother or sister, please let us know that person's first name so we can pray specifically for them.
Please note: These flags will NOT be accepted as returns/exchanges or as cancellations. We promise to seek the Father's will in creating them, therefore they will be unique to YOU and only YOU and cannot be re-sold. Please choose carefully before ordering.

- Swing flags are created to not need flagpoles. They swing and billow because of a weighted string sewn into the corner of each set of flag. These flags have NO FLAGPOLES.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
My regular processing time is up to 14 days. 20 days for bundles, custom, or orders over 3 flag sets. Rush Processing is available for an additional fee.
Swing flags are created to be mobile. They are different from traditional flags because they do not have flagpoles. This allows them to pack into a small bag or large pocket.
Instead of a pole there is a weighted string sewn into one corner allowing them to billow/flow with a swinging motion. The motions take some practice. Ask me about instructional videos and I will send you links.
I have a limited selection of flags that can be shipped "NEXT DAY". These have READY TO SHIP in the title of them and can be found in the Ready to Ship folder. Normally, I hand make every flag from start to finish to order. This is to allow for customization.
Please send me a message so we can track down your package.
Parcel Lockers are located at your local post office. Usually they use them if your package is larger than the size of your mail box or if they cannot locate a secure location/access your location for delivery.
If the package is unclaimed after about 10 days the post office will automatically issue a return and send the package back to us. If this happens, we will hold them for 3 days and contact you. If you still wish to have them, we require that you purchase additional shipping.
We will not refund these returned packages. We will provide store credit to exchange them minus shipping costs. Store credit coupons expire after 5 days.
Please don't confuse Rush Processing with the cost for shipping. My regular processing time is up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Rush Processing shortens my processing time to 3 days.
Shipping is a separate fee that the post office charges to move your items through the mail.
Express Shipping is not the same thing as Rush Processing. It takes me up to 14 days to create your flags by hand. If you Rush Process your order, you jump to the front of the line and I process your flags within 3 days.
Express Shipping will overnight your package through the mail. It has nothing to do with how long the flags take to create.
All of the flags that I make come in matching pairs. The only exceptions are the streamers and the 100in scarf. When ordering it goes like this:
Quantity 1 = 2 matching flags
Quantity 2 = 4 flags
Quantity 3 = 6 flags and so on.
Some people prefer wooden dowels when they start because they provide a bit more stability to the flags. The flex rods, however, provide a different flow, travel well, and are very lightweight.

Once you place your order we immediately go into production of your flags. We do not accept cancellations.
We will issue store credit for any orders that are requested to be cancelled. The store credit will work like a coupon and expires after 5 days.
Returns/Exchanges:
We do not accept returns - the buyer can exchange for a different set of flags or they can return for store credit. Store credit for a return expires after 6 months.
Buyer must return item within 7 days of delivery
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition

Beautiful flags, and QUALITY material. I’ve seen some that look like they’ll fall apart the second you go to use them, but these are beautifully sewn! The colors are beautiful (I received blue and silver) and they’re absolutely perfect

So excited to worship with my beautiful flags. I got the children's size so my young daughter can worship too, and they are just right for both of us. So beautiful and I know God is going to reveal even more to me as I worship!

I appreciate the efforts of creating my flags. Not sure if it's worth 70.00. The colors are not my choice . I love turquoise and purple, teal and lavender colors mixed. That would of have been confirmation from the Holy Spirit. The stitching threads on the flags did not match any of the flag colors. They were WHITE. Threads were unraveling. The adult large were more of a children size. Therefore , it took away my flag experience. I was under the impression that scripture would be sewn on the flag & not on a seperate piece of paper. Unable to return it. I will gift someone else with it & purchase another one else where. Customer service quick chat response for material and color recommendations. Not sure if they understood my needs due to the fact of what I received. Thank you for your efforts. Remain blessed.
