How long does it take to get my flags?

• Processing is 3–5 business days. (M–F not weekends or federal holidays).

• Orders ship one full business week after purchase.

• Orders placed Monday–Thursday ship on the same weekday the following week
(Order on Thursday, January 29 → ships Thursday, February 5)

• Orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday ship the following Friday
(Order on January 30–February 1 → ship Friday, February 6)

• All flags are handmade before shipping, incl. creating, dyeing, sewing, and packaging.

• Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery time is determined by USPS (1–3 business days within the U.S., but delays can occur).

• If you need your flags by a specific date, please message me before ordering to confirm timing or ask about Rush Processing.

What is a Swing Flag/No Poles?

Swing flags are created to be mobile. They are different from traditional flags because they do not have flagpoles. This allows them to pack into a small bag or large pocket.

Instead of a pole there is a weighted string sewn into one corner allowing them to billow/flow with a swinging motion. The motions take some practice. Ask me about instructional videos and I will send you links.

Handmade Variation Notice

Each set of flags is hand-dyed through a unique process, meaning no two sets are exactly alike. Variations in color, saturation, shape, and pattern are expected and inherent to the handmade process. These natural variations are part of the design, do not indicate a defect or misrepresentation, and are not considered grounds for return or refund.

My package was delivered to a parcel locker, what is this?

Your package may be delivered to a parcel locker if it is too large for your mailbox or cannot be securely delivered. Please message us so we can help locate it.

If a package is unclaimed or returned to us by USPS (including returns due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or recipient names), it will be returned to our shop after approximately 10 days.

Once received back, we will hold the item for 3 days and contact you. If you would like the item reshipped, additional shipping must be purchased.

Unclaimed or returned packages are not refunded. If reshipment is not purchased within the hold period, store credit (minus original shipping) will be issued. Store credit expires after 5 days.

Order Policy/Cancellations

Order Policy

All items are handmade and made to order. Once an order is placed, production begins immediately.

Cancellations: We do not offer refunds for canceled orders.
If you request to cancel an order, store credit will be issued instead. Store credit acts like a coupon and expires 6 months from the issue date.

Orders that have been canceled, returned, exchanged, or replaced may not be returned or exchanged again.

Custom Orders
Custom-made items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once production has begun.

Return Eligibility & Requirements

We accept returns for store credit only
You may: Return/Exchange your item for a different set of flags (when eligible), or for store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are not offered.

To qualify for a return or exchange:
-The item must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery
-Must be returned in original, unused condition
-Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, including any customs or tariffs
-Buyer is responsible for any loss in value if the item is not returned in original condition, as agreed upon with the seller

Store Credit Terms
-Issued as a coupon code
-Expires 6 months from the issue date
-Must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively
-Non-transferable and has no cash value

Is the listed price for one or for two flags?

All of the flags that I make come in matching pairs. The only exceptions are the streamers and the 100in scarf. When ordering it goes like this:

Quantity 1 = 2 matching flags
Quantity 2 = 4 flags
Quantity 3 = 6 flags and so on.

Heavier or more structured does not mean defective.

Multi-layer designs and larger sizes naturally have more presence and resistance than single-layer chiffon. This is intentional and part of the design.

If you prefer very light, floaty movement, single-layer chiffon is usually the best fit. Layered or larger flags are better for those who want flags that hold shape and move with intention.

“Different feel” means different fit — not lower quality.
