Heavenly Skies Angel Wing Worship Flag Set:

Swing Flags - NO FLAG POLES
- Swing flags are created to not need flagpoles. They swing and billow because of a weighted string sewn into the corner of each set of flag. These flags have NO FLAGPOLES.
Altar Cloths - NO FLAG POLES
-Altar Cloths are used to cover the backs of worshippers at the altar. These have NO FLAGPOLES nor do they have a flagpole pocket. You can request a flagpole pocket to be sewn into the flags at no extra charge in the "notes to seller".

Please note that each flag is hand dyed and unique in its own separate process. Therefore there may be variations in your flags compared to the pictures listed.

Each Set of flags goes through it's own hand-dying and/or sewing process. This process can take up to 14 days to complete depending on the size of your order.
When processing is finished, I ship everything to you via USPS 1-3 day priority mail. You will receive a tracking number in your email when your order ships.
If you need your flags sooner than that. I have rush processing available for $14.99 additional at the following link. Rush processing will ensure your order processes and ships within 1-3 days.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
My regular processing time is up to 14 days. 20 days for bundles, custom, or orders over 3 flag sets. Rush Processing is available for an additional fee.
Swing flags are created to be mobile. They are different from traditional flags because they do not have flagpoles. This allows them to pack into a small bag or large pocket.
Instead of a pole there is a weighted string sewn into one corner allowing them to billow/flow with a swinging motion. The motions take some practice. Ask me about instructional videos and I will send you links.
I have a limited selection of flags that can be shipped "NEXT DAY". These have READY TO SHIP in the title of them and can be found in the Ready to Ship folder. Normally, I hand make every flag from start to finish to order. This is to allow for customization.
Please send me a message so we can track down your package.
Parcel Lockers are located at your local post office. Usually they use them if your package is larger than the size of your mail box or if they cannot locate a secure location/access your location for delivery.
If the package is unclaimed after about 10 days the post office will automatically issue a return and send the package back to us. If this happens, we will hold them for 3 days and contact you. If you still wish to have them, we require that you purchase additional shipping.
We will not refund these returned packages. We will provide store credit to exchange them minus shipping costs. Store credit coupons expire after 5 days.
Please don't confuse Rush Processing with the cost for shipping. My regular processing time is up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Rush Processing shortens my processing time to 3 days.
Shipping is a separate fee that the post office charges to move your items through the mail.
Express Shipping is not the same thing as Rush Processing. It takes me up to 14 days to create your flags by hand. If you Rush Process your order, you jump to the front of the line and I process your flags within 3 days.
Express Shipping will overnight your package through the mail. It has nothing to do with how long the flags take to create.
All of the flags that I make come in matching pairs. The only exceptions are the streamers and the 100in scarf. When ordering it goes like this:
Quantity 1 = 2 matching flags
Quantity 2 = 4 flags
Quantity 3 = 6 flags and so on.
Some people prefer wooden dowels when they start because they provide a bit more stability to the flags. The flex rods, however, provide a different flow, travel well, and are very lightweight.

Once you place your order we immediately go into production of your flags. We do not accept cancellations.
We will issue store credit for any orders that are requested to be cancelled. The store credit will work like a coupon and expires after 5 days.

I ordered at a bad time since the seller was out of town, with a holiday immediately following. (Which caused it to feel there was a considerable delay, but in reality, those factors removed, it wouldn't have been long.) The seller was gracious and sent out a courtesy email to explain the situation and offer a refund if I wasn't willing to wait. When I finally received the flags, they were just as lovely as I hoped! I ordered for my 7 year old son. He is thrilled! The fabric is butter soft and flows beautifully. The rods are very bendy but retain a straight shape. Great product! I will order again!

I bought this as a gift for my sister who is going through major health problems requiring surgery. She wants to worship her way through it all, and my sister was leaving town for a hospital several states away before the arrival date of the flags, so the seller expedited the shipping at not extra cost, which was such a huge blessing!!! Thank you!!!!
