Swing Flags are specifically designed to be used without poles. A discreet, weighted string sewn into each corner allows for natural, flowing movement.
Each flag is hand-dyed through a unique process, meaning no two sets are exactly alike. Variations in color and pattern are expected and inherent to the handmade process, and are part of what makes each set one-of-a-kind. Listing photos represent the style and dye technique used, but exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.

All items are handmade and made to order. Production begins immediately after purchase, and cancellations are not accepted. If a cancellation is requested, store credit will be issued instead and expires 6 months from issue. Returns are accepted for store credit only on eligible items and must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery in original, unused condition; buyer is responsible for return shipping and any loss in value. Custom-made items are final sale. Variations in color, pattern, and shape are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered defects.

My regular processing time is up to 14 days. 20 days for bundles, custom, or orders over 3 flag sets. Rush Processing is available for an additional fee.
Swing flags are created to be mobile. They are different from traditional flags because they do not have flagpoles. This allows them to pack into a small bag or large pocket.
Instead of a pole there is a weighted string sewn into one corner allowing them to billow/flow with a swinging motion. The motions take some practice. Ask me about instructional videos and I will send you links.
Each set of flags is hand-dyed through a unique process, meaning no two sets are exactly alike. Variations in color, saturation, shape, and pattern are expected and inherent to the handmade process. These natural variations are part of the design, do not indicate a defect or misrepresentation, and are not considered grounds for return or refund.
Your package was sent to a parcel locker, usually at your local post office, if it was too large for your mailbox or couldn’t be securely delivered. Please message us so we can help locate it.
If unclaimed, the post office will return it to us after about 10 days. We’ll hold it for 3 days and contact you. If you still want it, you’ll need to purchase additional shipping.
We do not refund unclaimed/returned packages. Store credit (minus shipping) will be issued instead and expires after 5 days.
Order Policy

Cancellations: We do not offer refunds for canceled orders.
If you request to cancel an order, store credit will be issued instead. Store credit acts like a coupon and expires 6 months from the issue date.
Orders that have been canceled, returned, exchanged, or replaced may not be returned or exchanged again.
Custom Orders
Custom-made items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once production has begun.
We accept returns for store credit only
You may: Return/Exchange your item for a different set of flags (when eligible), or for store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are not offered.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
-The item must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery
-Must be returned in original, unused condition
-Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, including any customs or tariffs
-Buyer is responsible for any loss in value if the item is not returned in original condition, as agreed upon with the seller
Store Credit Terms
-Issued as a coupon code
-Expires 6 months from the issue date
-Must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively
-Non-transferable and has no cash value
All of the flags that I make come in matching pairs. The only exceptions are the streamers and the 100in scarf. When ordering it goes like this:
Quantity 1 = 2 matching flags
Quantity 2 = 4 flags
Quantity 3 = 6 flags and so on.
Some people prefer wooden dowels when they start because they provide a bit more stability to the flags. The flex rods, however, provide a different flow, travel well, and are very lightweight.

The red in this flag just wasn't as bright as I was hoping like in the photo. I choose the children's size for children of course but just wasn't the look I wanted to portray. Needed to be a bit larger. If it was between a çhilds and med adult would have been perfect.

So beautiful! I also added rush shipping because it was a last minute decision to buy, but they came the morning I was hoping to have them by. We had the honor of hosting a large revival event and my normal flags had broken. Thank you!!
